FAQs
-
Q: How do credits work here?
A: All Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans will have credits deducted from their active plans with each successful request. The functionality is identical to our APIs. -
Q: Is the legacy API Explorer Tool or Query Builder still available?
A: Yes, for a few months. Both tools will be available until 11/30/25 at which time they will be removed. After removal all previous entry points and support links will be redirected to the API Playground. -
Q: Are all endpoints covered?
A: All products/endpoints relevant to Free and Pro plans are supported. The Preview Search and Enrichment are not available today. More endpoints may be added iteratively based on user feedback. -
Q: I’m technical. Can I edit raw requests or see code?
A: Yes, you can view/copy code snippets for various SDKs. All valid parameters, raw JSON outputs, and inline docs are available for power users. -
Q: Where can I get additional help or report a bug?
A: The People Data Labs Help Center -
Q: Is my usage tracked? Will I know before I run out of credits?
A: Absolutely. Your current credit balance is visible in the API Playground. -
Q: Are my responses saved? How do I access prior requests?
A: At this time, only the most recent response is saved until your local storage is wiped or we update the dataset on the third Tuesday of each month. If you are interested in maintaining a history of your requests, please add your vote to this feature request.
