Overview

The Home Page provides at-a-glance information about your active plans, access to your API keys, and links to popular tools and resources. Continue reading to learn about each element of the Home Page.

Walkthrough

Plan Card

Each Plan Card on the Home Page contains the following information about the plan:

Product Name: The name of the PDL product associated with the plan
Plan Type: Describes the type of plan. See below for definitions of each plan type
Renewal Date: The day your plan will renew
Usage: Number of credits used and number of credits remaining
Rate Limit: The number of calls you can make per minute (or month for Support APIs)
Usage Statistics: Describes the status of your API calls over a rolling 30-day window. See below for definitions of each metric
Manage Plan: This button takes you to the Plans & Billing page to adjust your credits or field bundles

Plan Types

Free: Each month eligible products are refreshed with between 5 and 100 free credits
Testing: Testing credits issued by a member of the PDL team. Typically found during Enterprise discussions
Compensatory: Free credits issued by a member of the PDL team
Pro: Active paid plan that has been configured through the dashboard
Enterprise: Active Enterprise plan that typically exceeds Pro plan maximum credit amounts
Support: APIs included at no additional charge with every Free, Pro, or Enterprise tier account

Usage Statistics

Found: Number of successful calls (200s)
Not Found: Number of calls where a profile was not found (404s)
Errors: Number of malformed requests (400s)
Total Calls: Found + Not Found + Errors
Match Rate: The Percentage of Found vs Total Calls

Plan Filter

The Plan Filter allows you to filter the visible Plan Cards. As a note, Free includes the following plan types: Free, Testing, and Compensatory.

Your API Key

The API Key section allows you to Copy the visible API key to your clipboard so you can add it to your code or the API Reference tool.
Clicking Manage Keys will bring you to the API Keys page.
If you have multiple API Keys, click the drop-down to select which key you'd like to copy. The visible API key will default to the key with the oldest creation date.

Tools and Resources

This section provides quick access to essential tools and resources for building solutions with PDL.

Query Builder: Use our interactive tool to generate code snippets, test filters, and view a count of matching profiles for free.

Free Datasets: Download free datasets like our Company Dataset, Top Skills for various roles, Job Titles by Major and more! Use these to explore our data offerings, test your workflows, and enhance existing solutions.

Invite Your Team: Navigates to the User Management page to invite additional users to your account.

API Reference: Use our interactive tool to construct queries and view responses in various languages. Don't forget to copy your key if you plan on using a different one that the default.

Explore the Data: Check out our Person, Company, and IP data and visualize how the data might look in your platform.

Request a Feature: Submit a new feature request, vote on existing requests, and track development across our roadmap.
