Process

We provide monthly and annual subscriptions that may be cancelled at any time. If you intend to cancel your subscription, to avoid unnecessary charges to your account, please ensure you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing term.

Per the Services Subscription Agreement, all sales are final, no refunds will be provided and payment is due as outlined in this Agreement unless otherwise agreed to by both parties in an addendum to this Agreement.

If the payment for a paid plan fails upon renewal, we will automatically downgrade it to the Free Plan until you make a successful payment. Once the payment has been reconciled, a new subscription begins for that product.
