Overview
This page provides a detailed look into how to downgrade an existing Pro plan. You can downgrade your Pro plan at any time by reducing credits, removing field bundles, or adjusting the payment cycle.
Reducing credits
To reduce credits you can adjust the slider in the PAYMENT CYCLE & CREDITS section, enter a credit amount in the form, or click the Most Popular badge.
Removing bundles
To remove bundles you can click the checkbox next to the bundle name in the Available field bundles section. To find a specific field in a bundle, use the search bar to filter the bundles that contain that field.
Adjust the payment cycle
To adjust the payment cycle, select the Annual or Monthly badge in the PAYMENT CYCLE & CREDITS section.
Downgrade details
When you downgrade, you will not be charged or refunded any amount. You will maintain access to your current plan until the end of the billing cycle. On the beginning of your next billing cycle, you will be charged the updated amount next to What you'll pay monthly.
Any rollover credits will be brought over up to 100% of your downgraded plan. For more details check out the Rollover credits article.
