Overview
This page will guide you through the process of canceling your active plan. These instructions are for Pro plans only. If you need to cancel your Enterprise plan, please work with your dedicated Customer Success Manager or email success@peopledatalabs.com.
Accessing your plan
To view your active plans, navigate to the Plans & Billing page. Any active, paid plans will be marked with a green Pro badge.
Click the Manage button to access the plan.
Canceling your plan
To cancel your plan, click the button in the top right of the Manage drawer.
Important Notes
- Once you've agreed to cancel your plan, you will continue to have access to any remaining credits until the end of your billing cycle
- If you have any remaining credits, including rollover credits, they will be lost at the end of the billing cycle
- You can renew at any time before your billing cycle ends to maintain your plan
- If you intend to cancel your subscription, to avoid unnecessary charges to your account, please ensure you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing term.
