Overview

This page provides a detailed look into how to upgrade an existing Free or Pro plan. You can upgrade your plan at any time by adding credits, adding field bundles, or adjusting the payment cycle.

Adding credits

To add credits you can adjust the slider in the PAYMENT CYCLE & CREDITS section, enter a credit amount in the form, or click the Most Popular badge.

Adding bundles

To add bundles you can click the checkbox next to the bundle name in the Available field bundles section. To find a specific field in a bundle, use the search bar to filter the bundles that contain that field.

Adjust the payment cycle

To adjust the payment cycle, select the Annual badge in the PAYMENT CYCLE & CREDITS section.

Total amount due today

When you upgrade in the middle a cycle, you will be charged a pro-rated amount depending on the upgrade. You will be charged for the following:

• Cost per credit for credits added today
• Existing bundle(s) cost per credit for credits added today
• New bundle cost per credit for total credits

Example

In this example, I am upgrading my account in the middle of my billing cycle to receive 7,500 credits every month. I am also adding on the Inferred Years Experience field bundle.

If I hover over Total amount due today, I'll see a breakdown of what I owe today

• I need to pay for the 1,111 credits I've added today at my current cost per credit of $0.25
  • $0.250 * 1,111 = $277.75
• I need to pay for current field bundle cost for the credits I've added today at $0.08
  • $0.08 * 1,111 = $88.88
• I need to pay the new field bundle cost for the bundle I've added today for my new total number of credits at $0.01.
  • Total credits includes any unused credits in the current plan plus any new credits added today
  • In this scenario, I had a prior balance of 6,389 credits + 100 rollover credits
  • $0.01 * 7,600 = $76.00

The total amount due today is $442.63 ($277.75 + $88.88 + $76.00).
