Dedicated customer team
As an Enterprise customer, you have access to a dedicated customer team including:
- Customer Success Manager: Primary point of contact for managing your PDL partnership
- Solutions Engineer: Your main resource for technical questions and troubleshooting
- Data Consultant: Your advisor for new product discovery and package upgrades
- Integration Architect*: Primary point of contact for onboarding and new product integration
*This role may or may not be included in your Enterprise package depending on your PDL agreement
